Conditions

- Minimum stay is 2 nights (Long Weekends = 3 nights, Easter = 4 nights)
- Check in is at 2PM. Check out is at 10AM
- To avoid additional charges, the cabins/house must be left clean and tidy.
- Please note that NO PETS are allowed on the property.
- NO SMOKING in the cabins/house
- We require a 50% deposit on booking with the balance paid prior to arrival.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Eftpos and Cheque.
- All prices are Australian Dollars. Half deposit is required upon booking, with balance due on arrival. Please note that due to office hours, weekend arrivals must be paid in full by the Friday prior to arrival. Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to arrival
- Full refund less 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations within two weeks will only be refunded if we are able to refill the period booked.
- No refunds for non-arrivals.
- So as not to incur additional costs, the cabin/house must be left clean and tidy.
